For solo attorneys & small firms

Mail scanning built for the way a law practice actually works.

A professional office address in Los Angeles or Philadelphia, with every court notice, check, and client document scanned into your secure portal the day it arrives — or forwarded, or held for pickup. From $19/mo, no setup fee.

Built for the mail a law practice actually gets.

You decide what happens to each item from your portal. We handle the rest the same day.

Court notices, orders & opposing counsel

Photographed and logged the day they arrive, with an email the moment they are. Ask for the full document scanned and read it from your phone, wherever you are.

Settlement checks & retainers

A check never sits in an unattended box. Hold it for pickup, or forward it to you or straight to your bank — overnight when it can't wait.

Signed originals & discovery

Executed agreements and anything you need in hard copy stay in secure storage until you forward, pick up, or send someone you've authorized.

An address for the letterhead

A professional office building in Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, West LA, Santa Monica, or Center City — for your website, cards, and engagement letters.

An address near the courthouse you use

9 office addresses, the same price at every one. Pick the address your clients and opposing counsel should see.

Four things you can do with every piece of mail

Per item, from your phone or desk. Nothing happens to a piece of mail until you choose.

Scan

We open it and scan every page into your portal. Counts against your plan's monthly pages.

Forward

Sent on to any address — your home, your bank, a client — by USPS standard or overnight. Several items can go in one envelope.

Hold for pickup

Kept at your address. Schedule a time and pick it up yourself, or send someone you've authorized. Free.

Shred

Securely destroyed at $1/sheet, logged. Recycle and discard are free.

Confidentiality is the whole job.

Here is exactly what protects your clients' documents — no more, no less.

Two things we are not: we don't act as a registered agent for service of process, and we don't give legal advice on what address your bar association requires — check your jurisdiction's rules before listing any address as your official address of record.

Same price at every address.

Beverly Hills costs the same as Center City. Plans differ only by scanned pages per month. No setup fee.

A solo practice that mostly gets notices and checks is usually fine on Starter or Growth. A firm receiving daily court mail or discovery wants Standard or above. Extra pages are $1 each, and you can switch plans any time. Every plan includes 30 days of free storage per item and no setup fee. Full fee list →

Set up in one sitting.

Any of nine buildings. Plans start at 20 scanned pages a month.

Complete USPS Form 1583 online

The federal requirement for any commercial mail receiver. An online notary walks you through it in about ten minutes.

Mail arrives, you get an email

Each envelope is photographed and logged the day it comes in.

Choose what happens to it

Scan, forward, hold for pickup, or shred — per item, from your phone.

Questions attorneys ask us

More in the full FAQ.

Can I put this address on my State Bar record?

You can use it on your letterhead, website, business cards and client correspondence. Whether it is acceptable as your official address of record depends on your bar's rules, so check them before you list it. We are not a registered agent for service of process.

How fast will I know a court notice has arrived?

The same business day it is delivered to the building. The envelope is photographed and logged, and you get an email at that moment. Ask for it to be opened and scanned and the pages go to your portal, usually the same business day.

What happens to checks and signed originals?

Nothing leaves the building until you decide. Hold an item for pickup, pick it up yourself or send someone you have authorized, or have it forwarded to you or your bank by USPS, including overnight.

Are scans sent by email?

No. The email only tells you mail arrived. Scans stay inside your password-protected portal, with two-factor sign-in by email or text and optional authenticator-app or passkey login.

Can someone in my office pick up for me?

Yes. You can authorize up to three people, and each completes the same USPS identity verification you do.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month with no setup fee, and you can change plans or cancel from your portal.

Be ready for the next court notice.

Starter is $19/mo at any of the 9 addresses. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time.
